Dragon Windows, a Chinese-owned uPVC and Aluminum product manufacturing company, was registered in November 2001 in the Commonwealth of Dominica under the name Construction Material and Services Ltd. The company officially opened its doors in February 2002, commencing the production of its first set of uPVC products. UPVC (Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride) is a durable, weather-resistant building material that entered the market in the early 1990s.
