Kingdom Life International Christian Center (KLICC) is a Christian church and faith-based nonprofit located in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Founded in 1989, it serves as a local congregation and the founding site of a global ministry network focused on worship, teaching, and outreach.
KLICC was established on February 12, 1989, by Apostle Ashley and Marcia Estrada with a small gathering of 25 people in a St. Thomas hotel conference room. The church has since grown into a thriving ministry recognized for its emphasis on spiritual transformation, community development, and international missions. Its early success laid the foundation for the later expansion of the Kingdom Life network, including a major hub in Florida that coordinates global outreach.
The ministry centers on the message of the Kingdom of God, encouraging members to “Encounter God, Embrace People, and Empower Believers.” It emphasizes personal faith development, healing, and service, guided by biblical teachings. KLICC promotes community engagement through local outreach and discipleship programs, aiming to empower individuals for leadership and service.
Registered as Kingdom Life International Christian Center Incorporated, the organization holds 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Contributions to the church are tax-deductible, and it operates independently as a Protestant religious organization under the National Taxonomy of Exempt Entities (NTEE) Code X21.
Located at 15–17 Lower John Donkoe, Charlotte Amalie, the church describes itself as “a place where Jesus reigns and miracles happen.” It remains an integral part of the island’s Christian landscape, offering worship services, prayer meetings, and outreach initiatives aimed at transforming lives across St. Thomas and beyond.
