Pharmcarre - Fort Street is a community pharmacy in central Basseterre, St. Kitts & Nevis. It is the original location of the Pharmcarre chain, which was established in 2010 and has expanded to additional locations while focusing on prescription services, health products, and customer care. 

The pharmacy provides a broad range of healthcare and wellness products and services, including:

• Prescription dispensing and over-the-counter medications.

• Medical supplies and equipment, such as glucose monitors, canes, walkers, crutches, and shower chairs.

• Vitamins, herbal supplements, personal care, beauty, baby care, and home healthcare products.

• A WhatsApp prescription pickup service, allowing customers to submit prescriptions before collecting their medications. 

The Carr family founded Pharmcarre Ltd. in 2010, opening the Fort Street store in 2010. According to the company, its mission is to provide professional pharmacy care and innovative healthcare solutions, emphasizing service, quality, and value. The success of the Fort Street branch led to expansion with additional locations in Bird Rock and Rams Walk.
