Shiloh Baptist Church in Ramsbury, Charlestown, Nevis, is a long-established Christian congregation in Saint Kitts and Nevis. Founded in 1974, it serves as a vibrant center of worship, community service, and global missionary outreach. The church emphasizes faith, fellowship, and discipleship under Baptist doctrine, shaping both local and international ministry.

The church was established by Pastor Eric Maynard, who began the ministry in 1971 as a small Sunday School that grew into a full congregation by 1974. Pastor Wayne Maynard, his son, became Senior Pastor in 2015, continuing the mission of spiritual teaching and community development. Pastor Eric Maynard, now Pastor Emeritus, was honored as a Member of the British Empire (MBE) for his service to Nevis.

Shiloh Baptist Church upholds traditional Baptist beliefs centered on the authority of Scripture, salvation through faith in Jesus Christ, and the Great Commission. Its stated mission is “to glorify God by making disciples of all nations,” reflecting a commitment to evangelism and spiritual growth.

The church offers diverse ministries including Sunday School, R.E.A.L. Women’s Ministry, GAP Men’s Ministry, Youth and Children’s programs, and a Music Ministry. Outreach initiatives such as evangelism, community care (CARES), and international missions engage members in service both locally and abroad. Shiloh partners with agencies like the West Indies Baptist Fellowship and Baptist International Missions, Inc..

Regular worship services include Sunday School at 10 a.m., Morning Service at 11 a.m., Evening Service at 7:30 p.m., and Wednesday Bible Study at 7:30 p.m. The church also hosts annual conferences such as the “Two as One Marriage Conference” and “100 Women in Pink” fellowship events. Its influence extends beyond Nevis through missionary partnerships spanning the Caribbean, North America, Africa, and Asia.
