FDL Pest Control Solutions was founded by its Principal and Managing Director Christopher Lubin in 2004. Mr. Lubin is an Agronomist and trained Pest Management Professional and has been involved in the Agricultural and Pest Management Industries in St. Lucia and the Caribbean since 1985. He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and has considerable experience in agricultural research, pest management, and pesticide use gestion.
